Our Practice
Cardinal Counseling began in December of 2019 with two simple desires – to journey with people as they heal, and to center the client’s voice in every aspect of therapy. No matter how much time passes or how much we grow, we will always, always focus on these two things. We are large enough to provide you with a variety of approaches, and small enough that the customer experience stays personal and straightforward.

If you are thinking about attending in person sessions at Cardinal, you may be wondering what our space looks like. Is it comfy, and confidential? Will I feel like I can relax and be myself there?
