Crystal’s values

Life isn’t easy, and nobody is perfect, but Crystal highly values individuality and strives to encourage every client to accept “you as you” and not what today’s societal norms tell you what you should be.

Crystal enjoys working with individuals processing grief and recovering from trauma, as well as those navigating complex gender and sexuality issues. She has experience working with couples on many issues, including affair recovery, infertility, and living life as an LGBTQ couple. She is also passionate about coming alongside parents – single, married, blended families – to increase parental effectiveness and process any of the parent’s own “stuff” that is getting in the way with their kiddos. Life isn’t easy, and nobody is perfect, but Crystal highly values individuality and strives to encourage every client to accept “you as you” and not what today’s societal norms tell you what you should be.

Crystal utilizes CBT, solution-focused therapy, art therapy, and walk/talk therapy. These and other methods allow Crystal to provide a varied approach that can be tailored to the client to support their individuality and help them meet their therapeutic goals.

When Crystal isn’t seeing clients, she enjoys spending time with her wife and two daughters, doing anything outdoors, and finding new ways to be creative.
