Rae Pittman (she/they) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and trained neurofeedback provider who works with women and femmes feeling overwhelmed and perpetually out of place. With a deep understanding of what it feels like to be different, Rae is committed to helping clients find balance and manageability in their lives.

Drawn to this profession through her own experiences, Rae discovered their autistic and ADHD identities later in life, transforming the approach to both their own healing and therapeutic practice. A neurodiversity-affirming lens has become the cornerstone of her professional approach. Rae’s special interest is creating effective mental health support tailored for neurodivergent individuals and their loved ones.

Rae’s approach

In her practice, Rae emphasizes empathy, unconditional acceptance, and a non-judgmental space. They believe everyone is capable of change and deserving of love and care, and she strives to make each client feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Rae’s professional journey and personal experiences are what shape her unique approach to therapy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas and completed her neurofeedback training through EEGer in 2022.
